Swipy Privacy Policy

Swipy (“Swipy,” “we,” “us”) is operated by Happii Apps LLC. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
Your photos never leave your device
Swipy helps you clean out your camera roll. To do that it needs permission to read your photo library, and — if you choose to delete photos — permission to modify it.
Everything happens locally on your iPhone. Your photos and videos are never uploaded to us and never sent to any third party. We cannot see them.
You can revoke photo access at any time in iOS Settings. Swipy will stop working, because there is nothing for it to show you, but nothing is retained.
What we do collect
Account information. An account identifier and the email associated with your sign-in. If you use Sign in with Apple and hide your email, we only see Apple’s relay address.
Settings and progress. Preferences and streak progress so they follow you between devices.
Usage and diagnostics. Which features are used, and crash reports when something breaks. Counts of photos reviewed or deleted are analytics events — the photos themselves are not included.
Subscription status. Whether you have an active subscription. Payment card details are handled by Apple and never reach us.

None of these ever receives your photos.
Your choices
Delete your account. Email support@happiiapps.com and we will delete your account and its contents.
Access or export. Ask us and we will provide a copy of the data we hold about you.
Tracking. iOS asks for your permission before any tracking identifier is used. Declining does not limit the app.
Children
Swipy is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will remove it.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
