App support

Recap and Swipy both have in-app support chat, which is the fastest route — it comes through with your app version attached, so we can help without a round of questions. Email works just as well if you would rather.

Deleting your account or data

Recap deletes accounts from inside the app: Settings → Delete account. That erases your account, notes, transcripts and recordings immediately. If you would rather we handled it, or you want a copy of your data first, email support@happiiapps.com from the address on the account.
